Anxiety's Anxiousness
Will I get good marks in exam?...Will I get a job?...Will I get promotion?. And the list is endless and so does anxiety. Have you ever wondered that when we look back at our past's problems which were then mammoth size problems looks meagre now. Why is it so? The problems that made our nights fidgety are of less importance now .why? The answer is that once we find a solution of that problem or the moment we pass that situation ,it starts looking simpler. It is nothing but a game of mind.
The intensity of stress and anxiety depends upon how our mind reacts to it. In-fact our brain is the source of anxiety. It may also affect our thoughts and hence our body operations. We become a visual depiction of our thoughts. Hence anxiety hampers our future. Anxiety disorder can be differentiated into two parts -mental (nervousness, worries) and physical (a racing heartbeat, panic).
It is possible to suffer both types of anxieties but may not be in correlation. There are many medicines as well as different practices to cure anxiety, what I feel is that why should we let anxiety grasp our body. Since our brain is the master controller so it is easy enough to prevent anxiety. The big question is why are we so worried about our future or past when we do not have control over both of them? Do you even know for how long can we be happy or sad? NO! we do not know anything but the present. Most of our lives we work like a maniac to earn money so that we can secure our future, but we generally forget to live!. What is the fun of sweating your brains out when you do not get time to actually live and instead by worrying so much we manifest anxiety hence taking all the fun out of our lives.
What I have experienced so far is that whatever may be the problem ,if you have the solution then patiently solve it and if you do not have then look for it. Why to worry so much? nothing is important than living a peaceful and contented life. If you start feeling nervous just tune in your favourite songs, or watch a movie ,or you can even read a book of your favourite genre, or draw ,paint etc. whatever you like the most..All these are my experienced ways to beat anxiety and feel more connected to nature. It not only rejuvenates your mind and soul but also gives you even more energy to think over your problems more logically.
So friends no need to worry just keep smiling always and make the most of your present.
